2023 and we are celebrating our 37th year of ongoing service in Mojacar, Costa del Almeria, Andalucia, and we were the first British professionally qualified estate agents to establish offices in the area.

We first opened our doors in 1986 from rented offices, next to the Santander Bank, on Mojacar Playa, before moving to our own present frontline premises in 1996 where it has become a major landmark.  Price Brown Partnership is one of the longest established companies for property sales and holiday rentals in the area. Price Brown SL comply fully to Decreto 218/2005 (October 11, which approves the Regulation on consumer information in the sale and rental of homes in Andalusia). As a result we are required to obtain and store certain items of documentation pertaining to the property for sale or rent. These items include a copy of the escritura (title deeds), a recent Nota Simple, latest IBI (rates receipt), copy of a recent utility bill (water, gas, electricity), details of community fees, passport and NIE copies for all property owners, Energy Performance Certificate.
